Justin Rickard & Associates is a unique firm that has always focused on employing and training young and intelligent staff.

We solve client problems quickly and cost effectively by only hiring expert contracted labour when needed from anywhere in the world where they are best found. For example, we have copywriters in the USA right now. This saves on overheads with expensive employees who, in Australia’s tight employment market, often have to be paid far more than they are worth for the limited experience they offer. Where possible, we pass these savings on to our clients.

The vast majority of client work requiring skill and expertise is handled directly and personally by Justin Rickard himself. Additionally, we have several new and exciting joint ventures (JV’s) developing with experienced migration, employment and educational companies in the USA, Asia and Europe including the UK. The benefits to our clients of these JV’s will soon be described in an article by Justin Rickard on this website.

When necessary the firm briefs Lorenzo Boccabella for more specialized migration matters, especially in the courts. Lorenzo is a learned and highly experienced Brisbane migration barrister admitted to practise law in Queensland , NSW, Victoria and the A.C.T.

The firm also proudly enters joint ventures with distinguished companies and individuals where necessary in overseas markets. Currently, we are negotiating new joint ventures for the China , U.K, U.S.A, Canada , New Zealand and Brazil markets.

Justin Rickard, married for over 12 years to Lisa, has three beautiful children. Lisa is a qualified real estate agent www.reinsw.com and child care teacher whom ran a very successful child care Centre on Sydney’s Northern Beaches from the age of 20.

Lisa won the Manly Daily "Give youth a go" grant, the Optus Young Hero Business award and was a finalist in the 1995 financial review young business persons award for the child care centre. Lisa also authored a children’s book called “My Kindy” which sold out in all book stores and is currently in reprint. Justin and Lisa also advise on and build Australian property developments.
