We have stripped away the unnecessary overheads and now created a firm that delivers a win-win for both our team and our clients.

Thus our brief initial introductory phone or skype call is free and a detailed 30 minute overview of your situation is now only $59 (about a $100 less than some of our northern beaches competitors). Regular personal meetings are held when necessary at our associates' offices in Brookvale or Sydney city. Skype video calls substitute for the physical necessity of face-to-face meetings.

Since our inception in 1992 we have worked strictly on a contractual basis. We now offer our clients flexibility, variety and a greater involvement in their visa strategy from the outset. Fees are fixed and there are no surprise costs and no hidden extras. Our clients have easy and transparent access to some of Australia's top tier and most experienced migration advisers and most go-ahead legal support staff in a unique operation that stresses visa success and not just template, "cheap as chips" advice or minimalist visa applications that are not followed up to ensure they are successful. We have always avoided hourly billing, thus allowing our staff to do away with timesheets and our clients to budget with certainty.
