FEES & COSTS PHILOSOPHY

1. We offer a fixed and flat professional fee:

We do not charge by the hour for Justin Rickard’s time in a normal migration case – this gives you peace of mind as the professional fee you sign up for is the only professional fee you will ever pay.
We offer a fixed and flat professional fee for Justin Rickard – so you can have as much time as you need with him. However, we do charge for extra time spent by our employed lawyer on your file and for expenses as per clause 4 of your contract but these charges can be capped at your request to a pre-set limit – this also gives you certainty

2. The cheapest lawyers often prove to be the most expensive!

When the stakes are high (as they are always with migration) the cheapest lawyer (or agent) often proves in the long run to be the most expensive and the most dangerous because further visa applications and overseas travel may be required after an initial refusal.
Don’t settle for less knowledge, less experience, less skill, less service, less training (all migration agents who are not lawyers have less training than a migration lawyer) and no guarantees – choose Australian Immigration Lawyers if you are serious about an immigration visa.

3. We charge a fair fee.

Whilst a fee that is too low is a risk to you, on the other hand a fee that is too high should be a concern for you. What you need is a fair fee in the circumstances. Over the years we have come across migration agents who charge as much as 3 times more than Australian Immigration Lawyers and yet have the same or less success rate and/or professional experience.

4. Our fees are negotiable:

All our fees and payment terms are reasonably negotiable.

5. Introductory interview:

A brief initial introductory phone or skype call is free and a detailed 20 minute overview of your situation is now only $59 (about a $100 less than some of our northern beaches competitors) or $159 for 60 minutes. Regular personal meetings are held when necessary at our associates' offices in Brookvale or Sydney city. Skype video calls substitute for the physical necessity of face-to-face meetings.
